Personal Finance (Not Investing) • Big Bank Full Branch Experience? (BoA, Wells, Chase)

I have a relative who doesn't like computers and the Vanguard experience is declining to the point where we have to find another option. We're thinking about using a big bank due to their numerous branches. How's Merrill Edge's/Wellstrade/Chase branch experience like for "self-service" customers? Does any of them charge commission for new issue treasures? Is there a way to avoid in-person brokerage commission when trading?

We're looking for things like paper statements and someone trustworthy that can move money from the bank's high interest money market funds to their checking account without pressure to up-sell. Everything is basically going to be in an ETF & Treasuries expect for yearly cash in their money market fund. I don't mind helping with the ETF once a year to save on commissions but most the work will be done by them going into the branch and withdrawing money that way and buying a CD or Treasury.

We don't want to use their advisory service.
