Personal Finance (Not Investing) • IRS Estimated Payment Still Pending

I paid my 2023 4th quarter estimated payment to IRS online on 1/12 and it is still pending.
I know there is a delay in the beginning of the year, but I thought it would be processed by now.
Anyone else experiencing this?
