Personal Finance (Not Investing) • HSA Excess Contribution Multiple Years Ago

I have an excess HSA contribution of $83.30 from 2021. I have maxed my HSA contributions for 2022 and 2023. Is this the easiest course of action I have here?
  • File 1040X & 5329 for 2021 to pay 6% excess tax on $83.30 = $5.
  • File 1040X & 5329 for 2022 to pay 6% excess tax on $83.30 = $5.
  • File 5329 for 2023 to pay 6% excess tax on $83.30 = $5.
  • Under contribute $83.30 for 2024 and file 5329.
