Thanks for replies to my threads. I have medicare part A and B + D.

Due lack of understanding of enrollment protocol, I am stuck with Part D late enrollment Penalty . It looks like lifetime penalty.

As I see plans reduced Part D premium and RX prices , this Part D late enrollment Penalty make me to pay more.

I did appeal to C2C , but no luck there.

Who is benefiting by this collected late enrollment Penalties ?

I did not see any other penalties enforced for life except life sentence . It looks unfair to penalize all such seniors .

Are there avenues to get a reset of all penalties?

Who is able to override this?
