My allocation of wealth spread across RSU and ESPP of mine and my spouse company is concerning as I am having too funds in single stocks.

Spouse current company: 550000,18.21%
Spouse previous company : 360000,11.92%
My previous company: 110000,3.64%
Total : 3020000,100.00%
While some of these stocks have all come up this year, what is recommended % allocation that I should have so I can sell and buy VTSAX to diversify the funds.
