Just wondering how do Bogleheads get their trusts and wills get periodic review to ensure their compliance with newer laws and completeness.
We got our first trust done in 2004 and then special-needs trust in 2011. I amended them once since then myself using help from Nolo.
Still, in the back of my mind, I am wondering if I should get a professional review done to make sure that everything is in place as expected.
How do you get your trust reviewed periodically? Do you amend the trust or do you rewrite it? When you amend or rewrite, then how do you ensure that new terms of the trusts (e.g. new trustees) are honored when grantors are not there?
