I am in the market looking for new Car. In the Toyota website for Sienna car, base car MSRP it shows say 51K then it asks for accessories which are optional.
But the dealer quote, shows Installed Accessories & packages, items like cargo organizer, mud guard and etc for $1500. Dealer says these are factory installed already, not from dealer and you have to buy if you want?
Is dealer is trying to rip me off by already installing these accessories and saying factory did? or when he placed order for factory, he asked factory to install these?
Can someone please help understand?
