Not sure how many folks here have their portfolios that are NOT ideal boglehead ways (VTI/BND only), but hoping some for sure so asking.

I started with the typical way, investing in stocks wining some losing lot more probably and later learned that its really hard to beat market over real long term and even about VTI. I started investing towards VTI lately lot more on new cash or investments that were not working. The question I have and its really hard one I think is what happens to the ones that worked. So for instance I am sure lot of folks here have NVIDIA, or TSLA (that would have been smaller ~5% of portfolio positions but grew significantly now), or even crypto bitcoin/ethereum/solana in the porfolio (maybe crypto would have started as 1% to start with and grew like for me its now at 10-15% already with just initial 1-2% from what I started).
So what do you guys do now, just sell everything and move back to VTI if in IRA account or maybe spread over years as you don't want too much capital gains if its an after tax account ?

Looking for some recommendations, seen lot of folks making generational wealth in the Mag 7 or crypto investments so also thinking there has to be some bucket of your pool that is the real big bet, if it worked it has the ability to really make life changing money.
