Personal Finance (Not Investing) • What happens if escrow has incorrectly charged buyer

Hello,

I feel foolish in typing this question.
I am about to sell my home and I am going through final settlement with the title company. After receiving the final settlement document, I realized that I am going to pay the owner's title insurance fee (Which is customary in my county) and I had signed off on it in the purchase agreement.
I have no issues with it. Just feel stupid that I didn't realize it before signing the purchase agreement.

But this also triggered another realization in my head that I had paid this fee when I purchased another home about 2 years back in the same county. So, I looked up the purchase agreement for that home. And realized escrow had made a mistake during previous transaction. The purchase agreement for that property also mentioned that owenr's title insurance should have been paid by the seller but escrow mistakenly charged me,

Is there any chance I can go after the title company for the previous house?

Thanks
