Hello all,

I'm a software professional working remotely from Michigan for a company that is in San Diego, my state tax is from Michigan.

My spouse who is a student and working as a Research Assistant (Paid) in University of Delaware, spouse's state tax is from Delaware.

My question for you is will I still be able to file tax returns for 2023 as Married Filing Jointly ??

If yes, what are the things that I should take care while filing, I'm using TaxAct (web) platform to file my taxes.

Looking forward for any suggestions. Thanks in advance.
