I'm losing patience with Vanguard for the silliest reason. My account is set to e-Delivery for everything, but month after month, I get paper statements, for a individual brokerage account. It's so silly - I've called five times so far, just asking "hey, stop sending me paper!" They check every time, and confirm that they shouldn't be sending me paper mail, and I say, "yep, and yet!" And the cycle continues
This is a pretty medium-sized account at least - nearly 3m! Am I really going to switch to Fidelity or Schwab or whatever because of being annoyed because I don't want to cart paper letters to work so I can use the shredder? Maybe!
I know Vanguard support isn't great, but… is there some "Flagship" phone number I can call, any secret code? Enlighten me![Very Happy :D]()
