Personal Investments • 100% tax-deferred. Retiring early...

Current situation - (Yes, I wish I also had a taxable account but it is what it is.)

Age 54. 401k $1.2M 64% S&P Index / 22% Russell 2000 Index / 14% Int'l Index.

I will be retiring in 6 months under the Rule of 55 so I will need to use my 401k for expenses until 59 1/2. Approximately $60k/year. After I hit 60, I shouldn't need any further withdrawals from retirement accounts due to pension income.

At retirement (55), I plan on moving all but $800k out to an IRA. My current allocation plan for the IRA is 60% S&P IVV / 20% Russell IWF / 20% Bond FBND. I have minimal issues with risk factor. I also plan on starting a Roth conversion ladder for 10-15 years so that all of our money will be out of the tax-deferred accounts by age 75 to avoid paying taxes on RMD's and also to reduce the headache for passing on the estate.

Now for my questions. Don't worry, I am very thick skinned.

Question 1 - Any glaring issues? Thoughts on allocation or ETF choices?

Question 2 - For the Roth account, is there any reason to alter the allocation based on if the account is tax-deferred or not?

Question 3 - What else am I missing?

Thanks in advance!
