If I have a 401k, I can roll it over to a "Rollover IRA". At some point in the future, if I keep the money seperately from "regular" IRA, I can roll funds from "Rollover IRA" into the 401k again. This is how I understand it. Is this right?
That same 401k, can I roll a portion of it into a "Rollover Roth IRA"? Is there such a thing as Rollover Roth IRA? Or can I do a conversion from the "Rollover IRA account" into a "Rollover Roth IRA"? Will this "Rollover Roth IRA" be eligible to be rolled into a "Roth 401k" account in the future?
I also see this term use: "Designated Roth IRA." Is the Rollover Roth IRA (if there is such a thing) rolled into a "Designated Roth IRA"?
