Personal Consumer Issues • Best password manager, for pc and Android?

I would like a new password manager, easy to use, with strong password generator and storage, auto-fill capacity, which syncs across my devices. I have a desk top pc, a Samsung smart phone, and a Kindle Fire tablet.

I have had suggestions of Bitwarden and Dashlane. Any comments on those?
