I have some parcels of farmland through my family that have been rented. We just sold a parcel and I expect the proceeds to be around $300,000. The rent was $9600 before taxes(approximately $1200 property tax).

I’m 54, still working, and have a good retirement outlook with no debt other than a $20,000 mortgage balance.
