Personal Investments • TIAA Traditional Annuity Payment Increases (Decreases)

When (if) TIAA increases (decreases) payments to participants who have annuitized, do all annuitants get the same percentage increase (decrease) or does the increase (decrease) depend on contribution history, e.g., do vintages carry over after annuity payments begin?

Note: I'm not asking about interest crediting during the accumulation phase or how the initial payout rate is determined where vintages do apply but rather about the changes in payouts that can occur each year after annuity payments have already begun.
