We are feeling very inexperienced in choosing a contractor and understanding the options for our 2 floor approximately 2200 sf home. We currently have a kind of noisy furnace in the attic for upstairs, a furnace in the garage for downstairs, and 2 cooling units outside. All units are 20 years old.
Any help with what the various options might be and how to choose the right contractor. We actually have one we might use, just want to know the right questions to ask the estimator and be more knowledgeable in the discussion with him.
