Personal Investments • JAAA ETF for my emergency fund

Hey guys, im 27 years old with about 10k in an emergency fund. I want something with a little bit more yield and saw a great ETF called JAAA. Current YTD of 5.21% and yield of 6.41% with expense ratio of .21%. I know its a tad bit more illiquid than being in short term reserves but I feel like if my cash (3-4k) ever get too low I can use my credit card until I sell off the ETF and put more in cash for an extreme emergency.(dont worry im debt free and pay it off monthly) All my other investments are in low cost index. Really just using bonds as an emergency fund and nothing else. Thoughts?
