Personal Finance (Not Investing) • Ocean City MD condo rental -VACASA?

Looking to rent a condo near or up to 10 blocks north of the OC convention center (approx 41st to 51st St) in late June 2025.
Found a nice condo in what appears to be a very nice bldg, managed by VACASA and also listed on Airbnb/VRBO.
This is a "new" rental with no reviews.
