Personal Finance (Not Investing) • HSA contribution question for 26 year old

Hello,
Just came off the parent's health insurance this month as I turned 26 in August. A few questions
1. Is my HSA contribution limit for 2024: 8300 * (8/12) + 4150 * (4/12) = 6917?
2. Does this 6917 contribution limit include or exclude employer contributions?
3. Can I max out my employer HSA account (the 4150) to take advantage of the no FICA tax and put the remaining balance in my independent fidelity HSA? Or can I only contribute 4150 *(4/12) = $1383 to my employer HSA and the rest must be put in Fidelity?

Thanks and let me know if you have any follow up questions.
