Personal Finance (Not Investing) • Applying for HOV decal in California

I bought a new EV (hyundai ioniq5) a few days ago. If anyone recently bought a new EV I'd love to get inputs.

Does CA still give HOV decals. And do we just have to apply here https://www.dmv.ca.gov/portal/file/appl ... -1000-pdf/
