Personal Investments • Roth Conversion vs. Backdoor Roth

$

DH and I always do backdoor Roth IRAs annually. However, I am considering using those funds this year to perform a Roth conversion. Would convert the amount that the $15k would allow for taxes.

DH 52, retired. Annual pension $120K
Me, 48 working $160K per year, plan to work until 60

Reside in CA with no plans to move

Total pre-tax 401k/457 $1.3
My current annual contributions are Roth and maxed
Roth 403b/457 100k
DH Roth 50k
My Roth 68k

Is this just 6 of one and half dozen of another? What should I be considering? Opinions and experiences welcome.
