Hi. Looking for guidance before retiring and deciding whether or not to sign up for Personal Advise Select, digital advisor or just self planning. Recently 59 1/2 after accumulating $1.7M in 401k from current employer. Planning a direct rollover to Vanguard IRA and only leaving $10k in 401k for future contributions and growth. Considering retirement in 2025 at 60, but might stay on another year (TBD). I lack knowledge in tax planning, healthcare benefits before 65, annual or monthly withdrawal strategy, future growth/ investment strategy, social security age, and other planning strategies. Other than healthcare, I’m pretty confident retirement is affordable soon. Annual expense is $120k, but could be reduced. I would appreciate BOGLEHEADS expertise and guidance to help steer me in the right direction. I’ll admit, the past 39 years of savings has been automatic with no direction, just luck.
