After selling rental property #1 I feel better than ever. Much more time for myself and peace of mind. Now the question is do I sell this in 2024, or wait until 2025? My view for holding up would be a potential tax savings, since I'd already have a 500k capital gain in 2024, plus my normal 20k or so of dividend income.
