Personal Finance (Not Investing) • Looking for FDIC HYSA accounts

I am helping a family member out. This person is holding all of their Emergency Fund is in checking account with zero interest. We have concluded that the next step would be to keep the bank account, but move the bulk of the money to another account. Here are what I considered to be a criteria.

• High interest rate.
• No restriction on withdraws.
• Checking, ATM, and physical Cash deposit option not needed since that's handled by the bank account.
• Must be FDIC insured
• Stable institution and not a fintech? There's been a few bank failure lately. It's FDIC insured, but it would be a pain to have your EF in limbo for a time.

Any recommendations?
