Personal Finance (Not Investing) • FMLA abuse

Curious if anyone else has dealt this this at their job. Out of 17 co workers, 11 have FMLA and most of them abuse it. Clocking in one minute late bc of traffic, going to the casino and showing everyone their wins while they were supposed to be at work, leave early when things get busy..and more..and use FMLA to cover it so they don’t get attendance points. It causes myself and others to be “mandated” to work overtime to cover the shift of the problem employee. It’s causing major morale issues bc the company refuses to look into it, even though the abuse is blatant. Does anyone have any ideas on how to deal with this? I’m a good employee and it’s irking me to no end when the abuse is blatant and I get penalized for others bad behavior. Thanks for any advice.
