I have learned a lot reading this forum and thank everyone for their thoughts. I have these questions:
1. Due to several CD's maturing recently, I have 275K parked in Vanguard Money Market and our checking account. I have no need for additional income at this time. Since all our wealth except for our home is in stocks and bonds, I have been wondering about the pros and cons of diversifying into other asset classes such as raw land, or silver.
2. What are your opinions about the overall portfolio given our goal of leaving an inheritance for our children.
