I currently have SCHB and SVSPX in my Schwab ROTH IRA. and I'm planning on purchasing some Vanguard funds/etfs. I've read the three-fund portfolio on here and it's showing no mixing of funds, it's either all Schwab, Fidelity, Vanguard, or other, but is it ok to mix Schwab and Vanguard fund together in a Roth IRA/Brokerage? Also mixing ETF's with Mutual Funds, a good idea?
I'm probably overthinking things, when I was younger I never thought about total stock market, international total stock market, etc. I would do things differently today in my late 30's but I feel like I'm running out time.
