Personal Consumer Issues • Quebec City

My wife and I will be taking a cruise from New York, which ends up in Quebec city. We would like to stay in Quebec for two nights.
Does anybody have any experience with Quebec…where to stay and what to do?

We would prefer to be in the old part of the city.
