Personal Consumer Issues • Irrigation Service Bill

We have an irrigation sprinkler system that was installed over 10 years ago. The company no longer exists, the owner died. This spring i contracted with landscaper to turn off the system in the fall and turn on in Spring. They came MAY 1, to service the system. It includes inspection of the heads, maintenance, and replacement of any parts that are needed. We paid them $126.00 +parts. Lately one of the sprinkler head does not function. It is also leaking a lot water. When I called the company for getting the issue resolved they want me to pay them another 126.00 for service plus any parts again. Is this normal business practice? Does the original service call not have any consumer guarantees? I don't have the original invoice. Do I have any recourse?
