I recently did a cross country trip for a college gradation. We stopped at (near) Kansas city's Jack Stack BBQ and I tried their lamb ribs and I was impressed. I need to do another cross country trip (Virginia to Arizona) next month. Are there any other restaurants that serve this sort of lamb ribs?
