Hi, I am new to Bogleheads and am looking forward to learning from all of you. I retired 6 years ago and have been working parttime for my former employer and selling off stocks to make up for any shortfall until I start Social Security this fall at age 70. I am single, own my own home and have little debt. My investments to date have been actively managed at Fidelity but I now want to minimize the fees and simplify my portfolio by moving everything into self-managed accounts. My current allocation is 60/40 split Stocks/Bonds (42% in domestic stocks and 18% in international stocks and 40% in bonds.)
Emergency Funds – Yes
Debt - Personal Line of Credit $4700 at 9%

Desired Asset Allocation – 40% Bonds and Cash, 60% Stocks (42% domestic, 18% International) (Recommended by my advisor at Fidelity)
Approximate size of portfolio – 1.125M
Current Portfolio – Fidelity Managed Accounts (All funds are in advisor only accounts so I will need to move out of all of them)
Contributions – $8K to Roth as income allows (retired and working part time)

I have discussed this with my Fidelity Advisor and his recommendation is to put all of the Roth IRA into stocks since it is tax-advantaged. The simplest system would be to choose Total Domestic Market and Total International Market index funds as well as Bond Market. I could split the percentages across the Trad IRA and Roth IRA as follows:
Roth IRA - 66% in Total US Market (FSKAX) and 33% in International Market (FSGGX)
Trad IRA - 30% in Total US Market (FXKAX), 10% in International Market (FSGGX), and 60% in Bonds (FXNAX)
Any ideas would be helpful, Thank you
