I am having some serious trouble shopping for a new fire/landlord policy. I'm currently at Travelers and with my 4th straight yearly 30% plus premium raise I've decided to shop around...but the problem is I can't find a new one willing to quote me. I have had zero claims...ever. Geico says they don't "shop these around" anymore because there is no market for them. I've tried several other companies (Lemonade, Progressive, Tively) and it's just been a disaster where they connect me with an "external partner" who cant quote me but can connect me to another "external partner"...on and on it goes.
Anyone have suggestions for fire/landlord policy?
