Personal Consumer Issues • Home internet speed question

I have ATT dsl which has been fine and averages about 75 mbps. I got back from a 3 week trip and it was out with a line problem and they said it would take 5 days to get someone out.
I had a lot of things I had to get done that could not wait with my brokerage and things so I immediately went to T Mobile and picked up their home internet that day.
I put it by the window that was closest to a 5G tower, a few blocks away and my Mbps was ranging from 13 to 19 and Netflix went out the first night watching it and it had to reboot.
I called tech and the guy said there is another tower in the other direction so I moved it and started getting Mbps speeds in the 330 to over 400 range and uploads about 18, even though it usually shows only 2 bars.
It has been 3 days and those speeds are still showing on my Speedtest by Oolka which is rated highly.

So the ATT tech is coming today and I am torn.
My cell provider is TMobile and I don’t like having everything dependent on just TMobile cellular. It goes down and no internet or phone.
Also surprisingly my iPhone 13 only gets 1 or 2 bars even though so close to 5G towers and when the tech said to try phone with WiFi off the internet strength was almost ar the bare minimum level.
The tech seemed a bit confused by the signal strengths and was also pretty surprised at how abnormally high my Mbps was on my IPad.
Any thoughts?
