Hi,
I'm traveling/cruising to Alaska with my brother (both of us are US citizens) and my SIL who holds Swiss/Mexican passports (may have a green card in the next few week) and lives in Mexico. My brother uses a US address, travels in the US frequently and pays taxes in the US.
Trip Insurance Store recommended Travel Insured Intl Flexipax policy for me (81) at $356 (upgrade to WW Trip Protector is $552). (cruise is $3K pp cost) I know TIS is highly recommended here. Does anyone have any experience with this insurance carrier and policies? (I recently posted about a bad experience I had with Allianz which resulted in my having to report them to CA Ins. Comm. so I'm a bit wary).
TIS said they would do policy for me and brother but not for SIL. Cruise line TI is $714! Any ideas for travel insurance for SIL besides cruise line?
I've checked on Cruise Critic and can't seem to find much.
