With all the VOO vs VTI talk...I settled on VTI for my main ETF. To pair with this, I found a few others...here is my breakdown.
VTI 53%
SPGP 11%
SOXX 11%
AVUV 11%
VEA 11%
ST Bonds 5%
The thinking is that VTI gives great US exposure. Within that, I am getting heavier in tech (semis) with SOXX and Large Cap w/Growth in SPGP. Then I get US Small Cap in AVUV and Int'l Developed with VEA.
This is mostly a set and rebalance as needed and keep through retirement. I prefer to avoid too much in dividends and VEA does pay out pretty high, but it is only 11% of the portfolio.
Thoughts?
I have thought of replacing VTI with QUAL.
I moved OUT of CGDV, DGRW, QQQM & BRK.B
