While attempting to make a transaction on a newly created join brokerage account with my spouse, I get this message:
"Your request to link this bank account .......... is pending authorization from the other joint owner(s).
Remind them to check their secure message center on Vanguard.com for authorization instructions. Once they’ve provided authorization, you will be able to use this bank account to move money to and from your Vanguard account.
No additional action is needed on your part."
Okay, I checked the secure message center and there is nothing to be found. I logged into my spouses account and the bank account has the exact same message.![:oops:]( "D'oh")
Any suggested steps? I guess I need to call VG next week. ugh![:confused]( "confused")
