I’m in the process of listing my house in the Southwest for sale. My agent of choice works for a non- discount brokerage. He represented us in the purchase of this home, and in the purchase of another home that we close on shortly. He’s very good.
The initial contract sent to me still has 6% as the commission, with 2.5 % to the buyer’s agent , which I obviously won’t go with. What are current contract recommendations?
