Looking to pair Lisbon with a DC overnight end of March 2025. The following day, I’d want to see cherry blossoms and maybe Phillips collection. I also enjoy Dupont and Logan Circle, with a DC friend - or at least we did ten years ago. Want to book before Hyatt category changes hit. Would arrive into Dulles and leave from Reagan.
Trying to choose between:
Hyatt Place Georgetown - good proximity to Phillips and DuPont.
Grand Hyatt - maybe nicest of bunch?
Hyatt House the Wharf - walkable to Tidal Basin.
Thinking of arriving late Saturday PM and sightseeing Sunday morning and early afternoon.
Thoughts on which one to go with? A wildcard is the Thompson but seems kinda far.
