Personal Consumer Issues • Garmin Watches: do you wear it at night? if not, does it affect stats?

I'm getting a new Forerunner 265. Did some research and it sounds like many of the "health" features like training readiness, performance predictions, VO2 Max, etc. basically require you to wear the watch at night so it can gather data on sleep quality, etc.

I know that sleep tracking on these things is not very accurate, but I find wearing a watch (especially with a rubber bracelet) extremely uncomfortable at night. Do most people with the newer Forerunners wear theirs to bed? If you don't, are all of the fancy tracking features basically useless?
