Personal Consumer Issues • Website Provider Recommendation

I once ran a personal business, which included a website to host an image that I copyrighted, some simple text, and the associated email. When I folded the business, I kept the domain name and the free website that came with it, to continue hosting a 1-pager with that image and text. I let the email go (I still have access to it, I guess, but I put it out of commission long ago).

Then, the provider started charging for the website. Not a huge cost, but an unneeded one too. (I'm not in business at this time, though I cannot predict the future, which is why I was trying to hang onto the domain and image.)

So, I'm seeking a recommendation to provide the following:

- I want to retain the domain name
- I would like to register it privately
- I only need 1 page for the site, to host the image and maybe some short and simple text
- I need no other frills at this time, including no email or much in the way or storage or bandwidth.

Ideally, I'd be able to get all of this from just 1 provider instead of trying to split across providers, for simplicity (since I'm not actively pursuing that business at this time). I currently pay about $65 per year, so I'd like to bring that down. Ideally, I'd be able to find what I had before, where I paid for a private registration of the domain name yearly (about $15-20, yearly), and just got the website for free.

Any suggestions?
