Looking for a recommendation on a docking station. Don't have time to keep up with all the various USB/HDMI/DP versions/connectors types, etc.
My gadgets:
1. Have a PC desktop, but will do a new new build this year.
2. Will get a 32'' curved monitor later this year (HDMI).
3. Kinessis freestyle ketyboard (bluetooth).
4. Sony wireless headset (bluetooth).
5. Samsung S23 FE (would like to be able to charge it).
6. SD Card for Nikon camera (would like to be able to read it).
7. Have a crappy PC HP laptop from work. Ideally, just want to plug and play and have the monitor switch between the desktop/work machine. Right now have the Plugable USB3.0 docking station w/ DisplayLink and it is crap. Have to keep unplugging / plugging wires every evening as the 'switch' functionality is bogus (screen keeps disconnecting).
8. 1 external hard drive (USB).
9. Wireless mouse (USB).
10. USB thumb drive.
11. Some charging ports will help.
This thing will be sitting permanently on table. Don't care about any fruit compatibility.
