I often wake up warm in the middle of the night. I'm not hot to the point where I'm sweating but warm enough to wear I toss and turn on occasion. I've tried various sheets, some that were pricey (cotton Percale, bamboo, etc).
Even if I run the ceiling fan, remove layers (clothing or blankets), turn down the thermostat.....I still find myself uncomfortable with the heat that is generated from the mattress.
I'm using a regular box spring mattress with a supposedly "cooling" mattress pad that is comfortable but not all that cool.

I have browsed Amazon and have even tried a few other "cooling" mattress pads but the right one has eluded me.
Does such a thing actually exist? Is it worth investing in one of those sleep.me aka chili sleep devices?
