Like subject says, 44 / single / no kids / VHCOL - live with S.O. but we do not share any financial accounts.

Income:
~$420k/yr (it’s about double what it was a few years ago and wayyy more than it was early in my career thus out of whack with my NW)

Assets:
- house worth ~$900k, will be fully paid off at EoY 2025
- $677k 401k, target date fund
- $45k RSU kind of rolling at all times, i sell immediately when i can
- $813k taxable (3 fund vanguard)
- $59k Roth IRA (3 fund vanguard)
- $80k cash HYSA

I do the following:
- max pretax 401k
- 10% of income to ESPP (15% discount + look back, sell immediately)
- max backdoor roth
- 4% income to after tax mega backdoor roth (plan to increase each year)
- $3k/mo into taxable, plan to double that when mortgage is paid

CA taxes (and SALT limit) murder me.

My S.O. pays for food, household groceries and entertainment. When my mortgage is paid my expenses will be about $700/mo for all utilities combined, and $7k/year for prop taxes + insurance.. so about $15k.

I WFH and typically only drive her car which is paid for by company (including gas). My car is paid off and i hardly drive it.

I kind of feel ‘done’ and have no more goals for improving my financial picture, which is a little disheartening/boring..

I have a kind of maybe/soft goal of having a second (vacation) home that would be somewhere around 1.5x what my primary home costs, but it seems insane to ‘save’ for something so expensive and also insane to get another mortgage when i’m going to enjoy mine being paid off. So I may just continue to rent/airbnb there occasionally.

Not interested in FIRE, love my work.

Am I missing anything I should be doing?
