Personal Finance (Not Investing) • Direct pay of Medicare premiums?

When I turned 65 I went on Medicare but delayed Social Security until 70.

Prior to Social Security I received bills from Medicare which I self-paid.

However, once I was on Social Security I no longer received bills as my premiums were now deducted from my Social Security payments.

I've gone online to both my Medicare and Social Security accounts and see no way to change this to be being able to direct pay my Medicare bills.

I went to Pay my premium in Medicare but it informed me that I could not because I had no bills to pay.

Has anyone here gone from having their bills paid via deductions from Social Security payments to direct pay?
