I am not much into stocks or index funds investing except for my employer’s 401k plan that runs in an auto pilot mode. I do manage some rental real estate needless to say it’s not really passive as it’s normally touted it to be. I was planning to sell but
have the golden cuffs of a low mortgage interest rate of 2.5 that’s not at all motivating me to sell besides the multi unit rental property is also my primary home that gives a comfortable living space for me and my family. I make up to 5000 a month in rental income and don’t wish to scale further in the real estate space, what would be the best way to invest that 5000 rental income on a monthly basis that’s currently getting deposited and getting accumulated in a savings account at 4.5% interest rate.
Please note I am 45 and have a W2 job
