Personal Finance (Not Investing) • Once you have enough to retire, how do you pay yourself? (best reading to understand how / when to sell)

Most of the books and materials seem focused on how to get to FI/retirement. Where are the books with the next chapters that explain how and when to sell your securities in order to pay yourself?

I'm not there yet, but for example, assume someone puts away 30x spending in a 3-fund allocation and is comfortable that she has enough saved in various securities accounts (assuming taxable + 401(k) for simplicity) to live off of 3.5% of that per year. That person quits her job and then wants to spend fairly minimal time managing investments. What are the best resources to learn about how to actually pay yourself in retirement by selling down from those 3 funds?

Thanks and apologies if I missed other threads that specifically covered this - very open to the right search terms that would yield more boglehead reading more on the operational aspects than the theoretical SWR debate!
