Personal Investments • Money Market USGO for NYS

I have most of my Vanguard "cash" in VUSXX and looking at Vanguard's US Government Obligations Income pdf I assume VUSXX meets the threshold requirements for NYS (it has the two **) = 80.06%

I also have a small amount in VMRXX and looking at the Vanguard USGO spreadsheet it has a percentage of 52.15% but I do not see the two (**) Do I assume that VMRXX does not meet the threshold requirements for NYS even if it indicates a value above 50%? Or does it meet that requirement?
