I just recently change jobs. My previous job had HDHP-HSA, but my new job does not offer HDHP Image may be NSFW.

. My new job does offer FSAs.
My spouse has HDHP-HSA. Their plan is set up to essentially discourage spouses from joining where the premium goes up an astronomical amount. It is less bad once children/dependents are included and there are 3+ people on the plan.
We have no children (yet) or dependents. My spouse is set up to contribute individual max to their HSA. I was set up for that with previous employer but split over 12 months, so putting in only about 3 weeks worth for 2024.
1. Can I enroll in the FSA with my new employer even though I contributed to an HSA this year?
2. Can my spouse change contribution to the family max, without me on their HDHP?
3. If we do #1, does that mean we cannot do #2 (and vice versa)?
Open to all suggestions based on the above information, thank you!
