I am looking for retirement planning software that would allow me to specify not only the order of withdrawals but also let me input the $ amount I want to be used from a specific investment account before the next account begins to be used.
For example, if I want to withdraw a total of $80,000 per year, I should be able to set the withdrawal sequence as this:
- first $50,000 from the 457(b) account followed by $30,000 from the 403(b) account;
- repeat the withdrawals yearly until the 457(b) is depleted, then move the 403(b) account as first option followed by the TIRA account;
- continue the $80,000 withdrawal sequences until the money from multiple investment/ savings accounts is depleted in the specified order.
I did look for something like this in ProjectionLab and NewRetirement, but I don’t think they allow it.
Do you know any retirement planning software that would do this?
